Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive scenario-planning frameworks for multi-stakeholder ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state opportunities and risks
- Present visionary strategies to executive boards and external partners with compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist team while fostering innovation culture
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote addresses at global forums
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing technologies and solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or advanced technology planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published author or recognized thought leader in emerging technology or futurism
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
