Responsibilities

- Design and prototype scalable solutions addressing future market needs and societal challenges
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenario-based narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI, climate tech)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within global innovation hubs and research institutions
- Presentation skills capable of influencing executive audiences and board members
