Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios

- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into R&D roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists, academic researchers, and innovation leaders
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models to forecast market evolution for 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
