Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify technological and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities and risks
- Author high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend-analysis capabilities
- Experience developing C-level strategic recommendations
- Strong publication record in foresight or technology journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
