Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders, translating complex futures into strategic priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning our company as a future-ready leader
- Oversee the implementation of pilot initiatives based on emerging opportunity identification
- Mentor junior futurists and establish organizational foresight methodologies
- Represent the company at global future-focused conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
