Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption pathways
- Produce high-impact research publications and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into R&D roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal futures intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic foresight, or technology innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Proven track record influencing C-suite decisions through data-driven futures insights
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, climate tech, and human-machine collaboration
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
