- Lead scenario planning initiatives for disruptive market shifts, geopolitical influences, and regulatory evolutions
- Architect strategic innovation pipelines aligned with 2030 sustainability and human augmentation paradigms
- Present executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations to Board of Directors
- Manage Future Lab operations including budget allocation, talent development, and external partner ecosystems
- Author seminal thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Champion ethical innovation governance frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and system dynamics
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Professional certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFIF, CPSI)
