Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives, analyzing emerging trends across 20+ industries to forecast market disruptions
- Design immersive future-state scenarios and strategic frameworks for enterprise clients and government partners
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry conferences through compelling narratives
- Manage a global team of futurists and innovation specialists, fostering a culture of bold experimentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Translate foresight into product development pipelines, ensuring alignment with long-term company objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and government bodies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (books, white papers, keynotes)
