As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, conduct cutting-edge research, and deliver transformative insights that position organizations for exponential growth in the 2026 horizon.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive forces and paradigm shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and trend analysis
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist tools and methodologies
- Mentor junior strategists and cross-functional innovation teams
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record of delivering strategic foresight projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author in foresight or innovation strategy (peer-reviewed journals preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
