Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author high-impact future-state reports published in industry journals and thought leadership platforms
- Quantify market opportunities and risks associated with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen product development cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related technical field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (whitepapers, patents, books)
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementation outcomes
