Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term foresight strategies for 2026+ market landscapes
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their industry impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future trends
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
