- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce horizon scanning reports on emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Architect innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree in strategic foresight
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets and cultures
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies publications
- Mastery of horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
