Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Impact Roadmaps for executive leadership teams
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and research teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Integrate future scenario planning into product development lifecycles
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or publications
