Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ horizon, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven track record developing predictive models for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
