Responsibilities
- Lead foresight research initiatives identifying paradigm shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, climate resilience, and biotechnology disruptions
- Deliver executive briefings to C-suite stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological uncertainty
- Author white papers and thought leadership published in top industry journals
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact trend analysis for enterprise clients
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ major strategic initiatives implemented based on your research
