Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Oversee the research and integration of next-gen technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and autonomous agents.
- Establish architectural standards for data security, ethics, and performance optimization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or System Architecture.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
