Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or neural interface technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience leading Agile/Scrum methodologies in high-growth tech environments.
