Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for strategic decision-making
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and future-state roadmaps
- Facilitate C-level workshops on emerging risks and opportunities
- Direct cross-functional research teams in validating future hypotheses
- Drive innovation pipelines for next-gen products and services
- Present foresight frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market advantages
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic pivots
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
