Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on metaverse governance and AGI alignment
- Facilitate executive workshops on ethical AI deployment and quantum-resistant security
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions in synthetic biology
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI safety frameworks
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools like Gartner's Hype Cycle or Delphi method
