Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture across the organization
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental initiatives and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, articles, books)
- Proficiency in strategic tools: horizon scanning, scenario planning, SWOT analysis
