Responsibilities

- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological, regulatory, and societal evolution
- Partner with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into development pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Oversee the implementation of innovation labs and experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional data literacy with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
