Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech domains
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs of emerging solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build cross-functional teams to execute high-impact innovation projects
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
