Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author forward-looking whitepapers published in industry journals and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and podcasts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their convergence points
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive actions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite executives on disruption preparedness
