- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030+ market readiness
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term innovation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
