- Develop long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market predictions
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to build consensus on future scenarios
- Translate foresight research into product development priorities and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype projects for emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and market adoption readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., from World Futures Studies Federation)
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
