Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop innovation roadmaps and business strategies incorporating exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Deliver executive presentations and thought leadership at global innovation forums
- Build cross-functional partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders
- Manage innovation sprints and hackathons to accelerate solution development
- Monitor ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote innovation teams
