Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports and future-state simulations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and systemic change methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
