Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
