Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Advise leadership on long-term risk mitigation and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-conscious decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, books, TED talks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend analysis
