Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging tech disruption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into development cycles
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and POCs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
