- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future tech trends
- Manage a portfolio of experimental R&D projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation ecosystem
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams across global locations
- Strong understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
