Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate C-level strategy workshops on disruptive technologies and market evolution
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers forecasting industry transformations 3-5 years ahead
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advose executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong data analysis and scenario-planning methodologies certification
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
