Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and present strategic foresight scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product development roadmaps
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking
- Publish thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and their implications
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation initiatives
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-continental teams
