Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop and publish trend reports on AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with long-term market evolution
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry policy discussions
- Mentor junior futurists and build a proprietary foresight methodology framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption scenarios
