- Manage portfolio of R&D projects with $15M+ annual budget

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and risk assessment
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and ethical frameworks
