Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market disruption
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum computing integration and AI governance
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen sustainable technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces with internal and external partners
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging tech ethics and policy implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight role
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology adoption curves and societal impacts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
