Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead scenario-planning workshops using quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Produce high-impact trend briefings on AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and policymakers
- Maintain FutureHorizon's proprietary innovation ecosystem database
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record of advising Fortune 500 or government clients on future strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-facing strategic projects
