Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for emerging markets, AI ethics, and human-machine collaboration
- Architect innovation frameworks for clients across fintech, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data visualizations
- Manage a global team of trend analysts and innovation specialists
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Sloan Review and Harvard Business Review
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing applications, or climate-tech disruption
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS certification) and systems dynamics modeling
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier business publications
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English with cross-cultural team leadership experience
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Foresight Platform or Palantir Axiom
