- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry pioneers
- Lead scenario planning workshops and trend forecasting sessions with global teams
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies through organizational change management
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (15+ years experience)
- Proven track record in C-suite strategy development and technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: Generative AI, Web3, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
