- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into R&D pipelines, ensuring innovations anticipate future needs
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for executive stakeholders, translating complex trend data into strategic imperatives
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for anticipated societal challenges
- Represent the company at global futurist forums, thought leadership platforms, and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or major industry publications
