Responsibilities

- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making in volatile environments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Lead thought leadership initiatives including whitepapers, keynotes, and patent filings

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology or societal trends
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
