Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual horizon-scanning reports on technological, social, and economic trends affecting 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive teams using scenario planning and causal layered analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Establish quantitative trend-prediction frameworks using machine learning and data visualization tools
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier industry journals and conference keynotes
- Maintain a global network of domain experts and academic pioneers to validate foresight hypotheses
- Integrate foresight outputs into corporate strategy, R&D pipelines, and investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Economics, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
