Responsibilities

- Design and facilitate future-vision workshops with global stakeholders
- Lead quantitative trend analysis using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Architect strategic innovation pipelines aligned with long-term market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Publish thought leadership on emerging tech disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proven experience translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
