Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Produce scenario planning reports for C-suite decision-making and investor communications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state possibilities
- Establish KPIs for tracking technological adoption and market evolution
- Represent the company at global industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping for strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
