Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation, AI governance, and space commercialization
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-quantum security and neurotech integration
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through immersive storytelling frameworks
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Establish ethical guardrails for autonomous systems and synthetic biology applications
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed future studies journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling for multi-industry applications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Exceptional visualization skills for communicating abstract future concepts
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPVL)
