Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Curate and lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynotes and published research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
