Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across diverse sectors
- Present actionable foresight insights through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Adv executive leadership on long-term strategic implications of societal and technological shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation journals
- Strong network with futurist communities and innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
