Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present insights to investors and board members via compelling narratives
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for high-potential moonshots
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or tech foresight
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation incubation
