Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and market disruptions
- Produce executive-ready scenario analyses for quantum computing, AI ethics, and bio-digital convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage a global network of futurists, academics, and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, neurotech, synthetic biology, or Web3.0
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched since 2020
