- Collaborate with R&D on ethical AI governance frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record modeling exponential technology impacts (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization skills using Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Causal Layered Analysis
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
